I provide a counseling environment where clients feel heard, valued, and accepted. I have a passion for helping those who are feeling stuck in life or in their relationships and are looking to live a more authentic and confident existence. If you are open to change, willing to invest in yourself, and have the courage to confront the uncomfortable, we could be a great team!

I am a queer, sex-positive, and gender-affirming provider with over 25 years of experience working with the LGBTQIA+ community. I work with folx who are exploring non-monogamy and polyamory, sexual well-being, gender expression, and sexual orientation, as well as those navigating stress, mood challenges, and the work of growing while life throws it’s curveballs.  I especially enjoy working with creatives—including artists, writers, and performers—who must balance the unique way they see the world with society’s expectations and norms.

My approach draws on a client’s own unique strengths and insight and pairs them with my clinical expertise and guidance. This provides us with the tools we need to help you achieve your personal goals and BECOME who you want to be.  Through teletherapy sessions, you will be able to meet with me on a secure and private platform and enjoy the flexibility and accessibility that comes with online sessions. We will create a strong therapeutic relationship with the same effectiveness as in person therapy. Now more than ever, it’s time to craft and live your best life.
