MY APPROACH

My ideal clients are individuals seeking therapy for anxiety, depression, gender and sexual identity exploration, life transitions, stress, self-esteem, and relationship challenges—including those navigating non-monogamy and polyamory. I also work with creative folx, including artists and performers, who often find their way here organically. They’re drawn to a space where self-expression is honored, even in tension with society’s expectations. Together, we make room for both.

My clients are curious about their emotional worlds and committed to personal growth. Many arrive feeling overwhelmed, insecure, alone, judged, or helpless. Some are navigating complex relationships, grappling with self-worth, or simply trying to make sense of their feelings. What they share is a desire for open dialogue, meaningful reflection, and a collaborative path toward healing.

Therapy is not one-size-fits-all. I honor each person’s unique story, and together we create a space that feels attuned to who they are and where they’re going.

I provide inclusive mental health care that is anti-racist, LGBTQIA+ affirming, body-accepting, kink-aware, and sex-positive. Whether you're seeking support for mood issues, relationship help, identity exploration, or a more fulfilling sexual life, I am committed to meeting you with compassion, depth, and respect.

If you're ready to explore therapy in a virtual space where your experiences are seen and affirmed, you’ve landed in the right place. I would be honored to support your growth.
